Cheryl's current focus is on Supervision and the benefits of Hypnotherapy supporting trainees and other hypnotherapists to be the very BEST version of themselves. Cheryl's past studies in multi-modal therapy trainings underpin hypnotherapy as an effective therapeutic approach for practitioners to handle varied and challenging client issues. It also supports the continued growth of Hypnotherapists in this much needed profession.

Complementing her counselling work, Cheryl is involved with assisting a Not-for-Profit transition to full charity status while developing a local and global initiative to encourage best business practice SRD Pro Active Top 25%. Other recent success included running the Project Office for Young Persons' Plan for the Planet program, helping it to establish across Australia and to grow globally to Mauritius, ASEAN countries and India. It's an innovative Program for Youth that leverages all the UN SDGs.

HYPNOTHERAPY

There's no magic in Hypnotherapy. It is simply a state of mind that we all experience naturally a number of times a day. This experience is akin to a form of day-dreaming or pretending, where the conscious mind drifts off - such as when you hear a song on the radio and are immediately transported to an earlier time and experience. Essentially a state of hypnosis is similar to a very relaxed state, which when accessed can allow the client to view events plus a whole range of behavioral, emotional and attitudinal content from the past and interpret it from a different perspective.
